I bring over two decades of experience in education to my work as the founder of Flying Start Education.
 

As a former Assistant Headteacher and early literacy specialist, I have dedicated my career to helping children build strong, confident foundations in reading and writing.
 

I was educated abroad in some of the world's leading international schools, and later attended a top UK boarding school. This has given me a deep understanding of the academic expectations and pressures faced by both children and parents — allowing me to combine high standards with a nurturing, supportive approach.
 

I am passionate about making phonics clear, engaging, and accessible for every child. I believe that early success in reading and writing is the foundation for lifelong confidence and achievement — and my mission is simple: to help every child become a confident, capable reader and writer.
